Common IP ACL Commands
The following commands are available within both Ingress and Egress IP ACL modes (Standard and
Extended) and do not have mode-specific options. When an ACL is created without a rule and then is
applied to an interface, ACL behavior reflects an implicit permit.
The platform supports both Ingress and Egress IP ACLs.
NOTE: Also refer to the Commands Common to all ACL Types section.
access-class
Apply a standard ACL to a terminal line.
Syntax
access-class access-list-name [ipv4 | ipv6]
To remove an ACL, use the no access-class access-list-name [ipv4 |
ipv6] command.
Parameters
access-list-
name
Enter the name of a configured Standard ACL, up to 140
characters.
ipv4 Enter the keyword ipv4 to configure an IPv4 access class.
ipv6 Enter the keyword ipv6 to configure an IPv6 access class.
Defaults Not configured.
