You cannot set this configuration for a peer that is associated with a peer group.
Similarly, you cannot associate a peer to a peer group if that peer is already
configured with these settings.
In order that settings corresponding to the neighbor default-originate
command take effect, you must execute the clear ip bgp command
immediately after you execute the
neighbor default-originate command.
neighbor description
Assign a character string describing the neighbor or group of neighbors (peer group).

neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} description text
To delete a description, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-
name} description command.
Parameters
ip-address Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal
format.
peer-group-
name
Enter the name of the peer group.
text Enter a continuous text string up to 80 characters.
Defaults Not configured.
