TENT: New Distance from RootNode(SourceId:
sourceId) to The Node(SourceId: sourceId) is
distanceValue.
The distance to the root node is updated.
sourceId: source system ID.
TENT:Equal cost, add node(SourceId: sourceId)
to TENT HEAP
The distances from the nodes to the root node
are the same.
