984 CHAPTER 72: BGP CONFIGURATION COMMANDS
peer advertise-community (BGP/BGP-VPN instance view)
Syntax peer { group-name | ip-address } advertise-community
undo peer { group-name | ip-address } advertise-community
View BGP view/BGP-VPN instance view
Parameters group-name: Name of a peer group, a string of 1 to 47 characters.
ip-address: IP address of a peer.
Description Use the
peer advertise-community command to advertise the community
attribute to a peer/peer group.
Use the
undo peer advertise-community command to disable the community
attribute advertisement to a peer/peer group.
By default, no community attribute is advertised to any peer group/peer.
Related commands: ip community-list, if-match community, apply community.
Examples # In BGP view, advertise the community attribute to peer group test.
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] bgp 100
[Sysname-bgp] peer test advertise-community
# In BGP-VPN instance view, advertise the community attribute to peer group test
(the VPN has been created).
<Sysname> system-view
[Sysname] bgp 100
[Sysname-bgp] ipv4-family vpn-instance vpn1
[Sysname-bgp-vpn1] peer test advertise-community

undo peer { group-name | ip-address } advertise-ext-community

community attribute to a peer/peer group.
