4.1 Flash Security Control Register

• Bit31-24: Sequence activation
Continuously writing “A5

” in the FSCR0[31:24] register will start a Flash Security Vector Re-fetch
sequence immediately after writing “5A

”. There is no time restrictions between “A5

” and “5A
H
”, but if “A5

” is
written followed by the one other than “5A

”, you should write “A5

” again. If not, the Re-Fetch sequence
cannot be started even if “5A

” is written.

” in the FSCR0[31:24] register will start a CRC32 checksum sequence
immediately after writing “0F

”. There is no time restrictions between “F0
