Level 2 I-frames
retransmitted
Number of retransmitted frames in the LAPD (Link
Access Procedure D) or X.25 layer 2. In general, this
measures link quality. This count, which could indicate
a very noisy link or synchronization problem,
iincrements normally if a Hot Start PEI executes locally.
Level 2 Reset (SABM)
Number of X.25 SABMs or LAPD SABMs that are
transmitted. SABMs to establish links. Every time this
count increments a link establishment attempt fails. If
the link is active and the count is not zero (after the
clear link link-no command clears it) this condition
indicates that the link goes down in that interval. Check
the Hardware Error Log for additional information.
Invalid Frame Count
Number of received, invalid frames. This count
measures link quality and could indicate a very noisy
link or a synchronization problem. This might increment
normally if a Hot Start PEI executes locally. If an
administration error exists, this counter can increment
with the Level 2 Reset counter. This counter may
increment by message retransmissions.
Far-End SABM(E)/DM

eight counters that tells the link’s down history since the
last clear link command.
