Repair Procedures for High and
Critical Reliability
This section describes the procedure for installing or replacing Standby SPE
circuit packs. These circuit packs are:
■ Processor Circuit Pack (TN790)
■ Memory Expansion Board (CPP1)
■ Network Control Circuit Pack (TN777[B])
■ Packet Control circuit pack (TN778)
■ Processor Interface circuit pack(s) (TN765)
■ Duplication Interface circuit pack (TN772).
This procedure does not apply to the TN768 or TN780 Tone-Clock circuit pack.
